Utah HamNet is an informational network. We collect only the information needed to run our contact and event submission forms.

- Contact form: first name, last name, cell phone, email, and your message.
- Event submissions: event details you provide and event contact information.
- Security logs: submission date/time, IP address, and browser user-agent string.
How we use it
- To respond to messages.
- To review and publish events (after approval).
- To prevent spam/abuse and maintain site security.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Approved events appear on the calendar. Event contact info may be used to verify details.
Retention
We retain submissions long enough to run the site and for basic security recordkeeping.
